Pair Use Stolen Credit Card, Steal $3,000 Check
Two people recently swiped a check and paid with a stolen credit card at the Come To Go restaurant in Duluth.
DULUTH, GA -- Gwinnett Police need the publicβs help in identifying two people connected to a recent theft and credit card fraud case.
On May 8 both a man and a woman enter the Come To Go restaurant, located at 2920 Old Norcross Road in unincorporated Duluth. The man enters and speaks with an employee behind the counter. The woman joins him shortly after. The man pays for food with a credit card and the employee walks away.
The man then reaches over the counter and grabs an envelope, according to police. He sticks it in his pocket as the woman stands in front of him. The envelope contained a check for $3,000. Both the man and woman leave together. It was also discovered that the man paid with a stolen credit card.

The man is described as having medium build, average height, full beard, and approximately 25-35 years old. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts, and a black hat with a red Air Jordan logo. He also has a tattoo on his right forearm.
The woman is described as having medium build, average height, black hair with twists and blonde highlights, and approximately 25-30 years old. She was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt with βAero NYCβ in white lettering blue jean shorts.
