Piedmont College Announces Summer Graduates from Loganville and Grayson

At its recent summer commencement ceremony, Piedmont College in Demorest, Ga., awarded degrees to 216 students. Among the graduates were the following area residents:

Colby Adam Drake of Loganville earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree inbroadfield science education .

Tamieka Marie Green of Grayson earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in secondary art education .

Amber Lucretia Spires of Loganville earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in early childhood education .

Bridget Elaine Thompson of Loganville earned an Education Specialst (EDS) degree .

Ericka Nicole Williams of Grayson earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree insecondary English education .

Piedmont College is an independent liberal arts college of about 2,600 students with campuses located in Demorest and Athens, Ga. Founded in 1897, the college offers undergraduate degrees in 50 major areas and graduate degrees in education and business, including doctoral degrees in education.
