  2. The deadly explosion in Winder was caused by a propane leak, according to the State Fire Marshal's investigation. A hose was connected to a tank, and one of the residents in the home was cooking with propane. 3. A Baton Rouge man has been arrested in connection with the death of Walton County businessman, Nathan Millard. Police believe that Derrick Perkins has information about the death of Millard. He has been "charged with a probation violation, criminal damage to property, three counts of access device fraud and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle." It is unclear what information Perkins may have regarding the death or what details he may be able to provide. (Newsbreak)
