There are plenty of activities planned around Walton County this weekend, beginning early Friday morning.
Friday: Aug. 2
Walton County Chamber of Commerce - Commerce and Coffee -Β The August Commerce and Coffee network meeting of the Walton County Chamber of CommerceΒ will take place at 8:30 a.m. at Hot Rod's Diner, 208 Village Circle in Social Circle.
TRIAD -Β 9 a.m. Loganville: S.A.L.T. TRIAD - (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together) will have their August meeting at the Community Center of Royal Southern plantation. The program for August is sponsored by Jones Law Firm.
First Friday Concert - 6 p.m. The First Friday Concert in Downtown Monroe will begin with Funky Bluester. This will be followed by Rockasaurus. The concert takes place on the Historic Courthouse Square in Monroe.
Saturday: Aug. 3
Monroe Farmers Market -Β 8 a.m. to noon - the weekly Farmers Market will take place on Court Street, alongside the Historic Courthouse Square. Stop by and shop for fresh produce form local farmers and homemade crafts and goods.
Live Music with Trailing Tinsley - 7:30 p.m. at Johnny's Pizza in Loganville, 4132 Atlanta Highway, Loganville.Β Trailing Tinsley is a brother-sister acoustic duo from Lawrenceville, Ga.
Walton-Barrow Board of Realtors Charity FestΒ -Β 7:30 p.m. at the Winder Community Center, in Winder, Ga. TheΒ Charity Fest will have a band (Motown) for dancing, cash bar, finger foods, door prizes and a great night of entertainment for everyone attending.
