11 Members Of 1831 Street Gang Arrested Friday In Cobb, Elsewhere
Charges include racketeering, gang act violations, armed robbery, aggravated assault, battery, and narcotics and firearms.
MARIETTA, GA -- Eleven alleged members and leaders of the violent 1831 street gang were arrested Friday morning, according to the Cobb County District Attorney. The arrests happened in Cobb and other nearby counties, including Paulding, Fulton, Fayette and Baldwin.
The alleged gang members are being charged with multiple crimes, including racketeering, gang act violations, armed robbery, aggravated assault, battery, and narcotics and firearms charges.

Cobb prosecutors are holding a news conference Friday afternoon to discuss the charges.
