“It is a great job if you are a stay-at-home mom and you still want to get out and work with adults. It is a great time to get in the schools and work because your kids never realize you are gone," said Charlotte Wisniewski, an 18-year veteran of the department, said in a news release. "The time flies by, and you go home and spend the rest of the time with your family. It is a great job.”
All Food and Nutrition Services employees, including all kitchen-level staff, district-level staff, maintenance and warehouse teams are eligible for the bonuses. Anyone interested in applying to the department can do so online.
