  1. The Marietta History Center's monthly Pop-In event for Nov. will be titled "The Big Chicken." The event will be on Saturday, Nov. 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event will feature themed crafts, book signings, and free classes.   2. Art of the Cocktail will be on Nov. 11 at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art. Participants will be able to bid in an Art Auction, sample the featured cocktail, and mingle with the community. Admission to the event is free for museum members and $10 for non-members. Carriage House Catering will be supplying the hors d'oeuvres and there will be a cash bar. (City of Marietta)
  3. Marietta's Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will be on Thursday, Dec. 1 in Marietta Square. The festivities will begin at 4:00 p.m. with performances by local school choruses.
