Cobb County Easter Egg Hunts: A List

Marietta, Acworth, East Cobb and other areas of Cobb County have Easter Egg hunts planned in April. Here's a list.

NORTHEAST, GA -- If you missed an Cobb area Easter Egg hunt last week, don't fret: More eggs are on tap. Family-friendly Easter-related events are planned this weekend as well around Cobb County as several organizations in various local municipalities are planning Easter egg hunts in commemoration of the holiday.

For children, there will be face paintings, dancing and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny. Adults are invited in on the act as well with several activities planned for them, such as brunches and events planned for the whole family.
Here are some of the Easter egg hunts scheduled this weekend:

The Cobb County Easter Egg Hunt: Al Bishop Softball Complex, 1082 Al Bishop Dr.Marietta, GA. 30008: Families are invited to an activity-filled Easter event on Saturday, April 15. Activities begin at 6:15 with the first hunt starting at 7 p.m. The Eggstravaganza will take place at Al Bishop Softball Complex in Marietta. Parking and admission is free.

Northeast Cobb Community Egg Drop: Sprayberry High School2525 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta, GA 30066-5799. 10 a.m. April 15.

Smith Gilbert Gardens Easter Egg Hunt: 2382 Pine Mountain Road, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. 10 a.m. April 15. 9 a.m. April 15.

In addition, children who want to take photos with the Easter Bunny can do so at Town Center at Cobb. Bunny by Appointment by visiting simon.noerrbunny.com.
