Cobb Libraries To Resume Saturday Hours

All Cobb County libraries will start offering Saturday hours beginning this weekend, but not all will implement in-person service just yet.

COBB COUNTY, GA — Saturday hours are coming back at Cobb County Public Library locations as part of the library system's first phase of reopening for in-person service, CCPL officials announced Monday.

Saturday in-person hours will return April 10 for seven libraries now offering limited services: East Cobb, Mountain View, North Cobb, Sewell Mill, South Cobb, Vinings and West Cobb. Libraries offering only curbside services — Gritters, Kemp and Sibley — will expand to include Saturday hours April 10 as well.

Stratton and Powder Springs libraries will offer curbside service only on Saturday, April 10 before expanding public access to in-person limited services Monday-Saturday beginning April 12. Limited services allow guests to browse, check out items and use a limited number of public computers.
