Cobb Restaurant Inspections: 'Person In Charge Unaware Of Vomit/Fecal Clean-up Procedures'

C/A Must be aware of vomit/fecal clean-up procedure, provide written plan, and obtain all required supplies on site. COS: Provided/reviewed vomit/fecal clean up procedure Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
• Observed raw shrimp prepped with knife then employee proceeds to rinse utensil in three compartment sink and places on magnetic strip to air dry. Employee failed to properly wash with soapy water and sanitize after rinsing; employee prepped raw shrimp directly on prep table and failed to wash with soapy water, rinse, and sanitize after completing task.
