Cobb Senior Services Hosts Final Food Distribution Friday

COBB COUNTY, GA — Cobb Senior Services is ending its free food distribution program this week.

CSS will host its final drive-thru food distribution event Friday from 11 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. Residents age 60 and older can get shelf-stable food at the event, which will be at Cobb Senior Services, 1150 Powder Springs St., Marietta.

An ID showing date of birth and Cobb County home address for each senior is required upon arrival. No appointments are necessary.

Last week, more than 240 older adults were served at the food drive.
