Cobb Shooting May Be Targeted Killing: Deputies

Public's help sought after body found in Powder Springs home.

SOUTH COBB, GA -- Law enforcement officials are asking for the public's assistance in finding the men involved in the shooting death of a 34-year-old man at a Powder Springs home.

While the homeowner told deputies that the slaying stemmed from a fight that turned deadly, detectives have reason to believe the shooting may have been a targeted killing.

At 12:39 a.m. on Jan. 13, Paulding County deputies descended on the home after receiving a shots-fired report.
