Take a look at what a library card can do for you.

September is Library Card Sign Up Month, a time when the Cobb County Public Library System joins with the American Library Association and public libraries nationwide to make sure that everyone has a free library card.
Cardholders should ensure that their library cards are valid and encourage family members, friends and neighbors to get a card.Â
It’s easy to get one, and library cards are free for residents, business owners and property owners.

Library cards can be used for school, to discover entertainment options, to learn a new language, to find a job, to discover family trees, to download eBooks, to research business opportunities, to take up a new hobby and more.Â
