According to Cobb County police, officers found the victim when they were responding to a "trouble unknown call." He was transferred to a hospital where he later died from his injury. Now, testing will be available for Cobb detainees every Tuesday, thanks to a partnership between Cobb County Sheriff's Office, CobbWorks, and the Cobb County School District. Capt. Yaminah Holt oversees detainee programming, and she announced that a Cobb detainee passed the first onsite GED test. (Subscription: Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
