  1. A judge has agreed to extend the deadline to return absentee ballots for Cobb County voters that didn't receive their ballots due to a failure by election officials. The judge gave the extension after some of the voters filed a lawsuit on Sunday. The extension will impact over 1,000 individuals that did not receive their absentee ballot. (GPB)
  2. The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Cobb County. The hazardous weather outlook is due to a subtropical storm that will likely miss the county.   3. The City of Marietta will be hosting a dedication ceremony for the Ron Ransom Playground next week. The ceremony will be at Laurel Park on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 11:00 a.m. The park is dedicated to Ron Ransom, a former Parks and Recreation Director that worked for the city for over 19 years.
