Marietta Girl Hurt in Fatal ATV Crash
The accident happened during a birthday party in South Carolina.

A Marietta teenager is in a South Carolina hospital after surviving an ATV crash that killed a 12-year-old girl.
Calista Smith of Walterboro, SC, died Monday afternoon after an all-terrain vehicle overturned making a turn on a hill and rolled over her in Hendersonville, SC, multiple media outlets, including The Post and Courier in Charleston, reported Tuesday.
A 14-year-old girl from Marietta suffered a leg injury and was taken to Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro in stable condition, the Charleston newspaper said. The girl was not identified.

The ATV involved was reported as being a Polaris Gator 500, but Polaris doesn't make a Gator model. John Deere makes the Gator.
