Marietta Police Host Gun Safety Seminar Wednesday
BREAKING: Firearm safety event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Marietta City Hall.

MARIETTA, GA -- Gun sales reached record levels last year as millions of Americans literally took safety measures into their own hands. With so many people possessing firearms, safety measures should be a priority.
With that in mind, the Marietta Police Department is hosting a free Firearm Safety Seminar on Wednesday, March 22.
The lecture-based seminar will include information packets to help people with make better decisions when handling their guns. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Marietta City Hall and cover the following topics:

- Civilian Model Stun Guns
- Carry/Use of Pepper Spray
The seminar will be two hours long. The Marietta police ask that no one bring any firearms or weapons to the event.
