Marietta Votes: Precinct-by-Precinct in the Presidential Race

Hillary Clinton didn't win Georgia, but she won a majority in Marietta. Here is the precinct-by-precinct breakdown.

MARIETTA, GA — A majority of voters in Marietta supported Democrat Hillary Clinton in Tuesday's election. Republican Donald Trump won the race nationally and is the president-elect.

Clinton won eight precincts in Marietta and secured 12,119 votes to Trump's 9,036. Hillary Clinton won Cobb County with nearly 49 percent of the votes cast. In 2015, Cobb County went to Mitt Romney, with 55 percent.

In the weeks before the election, Georgia appeared to be a potential target for Democrats. Clinton did adding more than 25,000 votes to Obama's total in the county in 2012.
