MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONY: Hosted by the National Memorial Day Association of Georgia, this event held at the Marietta National Cemetery honors the service of veterans present and past. The free event begins at noon at the cemetary located at 500 Washington Avenue Northeast Marietta, GA 30060.

The MARIETTA SQUARE FARMERS MARKET is open every weekend and features scores of vendors offering fresh and locally grown produce. The market opens every Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon and Sundays from noon to 3 p.m.
YAARAB SHRINE CIRCUS: The Big Top rises at Jim R. Miller Park, 2245 Callaway Road, Marietta. The circus began on May 20 and ends on Monday (Memorial Day) May 29.
