🌱 Missing Man Found Dead In Pond + Weekly Travel Advisory

Here are the top three stories today in Marietta:

1. Marietta's Hussein Esmail, 64 years old, has been found dead in a small pond in east Roswell. Esmail had been missing since Nov. 13 and had last been spoken with on Nov. 11 by police near Riverside Road. The department will be conducting an autopsy on the body to determine Esmail's cause of death. There is no indication of criminal activity at this time. (FOX 5 Atlanta)
2. The Cobb County Department of Transportation has released its most recent Weekly Travel Advisory. The advisory covers now through Friday, Dec. 2. The advisory's road work is subject to change based on current weather conditions. The City of Marietta will continue to work on Powder Springs Street between Sandtown Road and South Marietta Parkway. Expect heavy delays and daily lane closures. 3. Cobb County's Cameron Edwards is now out of the hospital and healing with his family. He was hit on Powers Ferry Road while riding his motorcycle last month. He suffered brain and spinal injuries as a result of the crash. The driver of the car that hit him was charged. Edwards still has a long road to recovery, however. (WSBTV)
