Money, Laptops Stolen from Cobb Church

The suspect faces a charge of burglary.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Marietta man accused of taking money and laptops from Radiant Life Church.

Alvin George Bloodworth allegedly took the items sometime between 9 p.m. April 28 and noon April 29.

Cobb County police were led to Bloodworth after he allegedly sold one of the laptops to an electronics store on Austell Road on April 29.

"The accused was positively identified as the person who sold the stolen computer," the officer wrote in the Cobb County criminal warrant.

Bloodworth faces a charge of burglary.
