Here are the top three stories today in Marietta:
- The City of Marietta has launched a new tool for residents to quickly find parking spots. The new tool will identify free and paid parking locations around Marietta Square. The square's parking options currently include 3,237 parking spaces. Residents and visitors can use the parking tool on the city’s website. (Cobb County Courier)
- A Cobb County resident has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself in front of a woman in a Walmart parking lot. Rickey Barrett has been charged with public indecency for the incident that occurred along Chastain Meadows Parkway. This is the third time that Barrett has been arrested for public indecency and the second time for exposing himself at the same Walmart location. (WSBTV)
- Cobb County's Mountain View Library will be hosting a free COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Nov. 9. The clinic will be offered from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Residents older than five years can receive a vaccination. Appointments are not needed to participate. Interested parties must bring an ID, an insurance card, and a vaccine card. (Cobb County)
