1. The Georgia Ballet, based in Marietta, will be performing Peter Pan for the weekend of Thursday, Oct. 5 through Sunday, Oct. 9. The performances will be at the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre on S. 2. Today, the Cobb Board of Commissioners will be hosting a work session to review housing availability. The commissioners will be discussing the concerns that have been submitted by residents regarding the issues in the housing market exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. 3. The Marietta Police Department is currently investigating a fatal traffic incident that resulted in the death of a 38-year-old Hispanic man. According to the department, the fatal pedestrian crash occurred on Roswell Road on Saturday night around 9:15 p.m. The man was struck by four separate vehicles before traffic stopped. The identity of the individual will not be released by the department until his family can be notified. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
