  1. Cobb County's missing card containing roughly 800 uncounted votes was found through the state's audit process. The audit is required by law in every even year election. Counties pull random batches of ballots and hand-count them during the audit. The hand-counted tally is compared to the official machine-counted totals to determine its accuracy. (11 Alive)
  2. Gov. Brian Kemp campaigned for U.S. Senate candidate Herschel Walker in Cobb County on Saturday. The campaign rally was held in a county parking lot. The state's runoff election for the U.S. Senate seat will be on Tuesday, Dec. 6. Walker is running against U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock. (Georgia Sun)
  3. A Cobb Superior Court Clerk employee has accused Connie Taylor of destroying records related to passport fee collections. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has opened an investigation of criminal allegations against Taylor. She has reportedly collected over $425,000 in passport fees since taking office in Jan. 2021. Her salary is $169,913. (Yahoo News)
