Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q Honors Treasured Employee on Saturday

In honor of the late Charlotte Nelson, who would've turned 39 on June 21, Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q will donate 20 percent of Saturday's sales to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Staff Report

It will be a bittersweet Saturday for the team of Atlanta's Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q. As many in the Atlanta community already know, the Fox Brother’s formed Charlotte’s Web…Cancer Touches Us All in 2013, after their beloved, long-time head chef, Charlotte Nelson was diagnosed with Stage IV Inflammatory Breast Cancer.

Sadly, Charlotte passed away on February 9, 2013. Since then the Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q team has raised money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in Charlotte’s memory. This Saturday, June 21, would have been Charlotte’s 39th birthday. In honor of Charlotte, Fox Bros. will donate 20 percent of Saturday’s sales to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

The Fox Bros. have taken great care in planning Saturday, putting together a menu that Charlotte would have loved. Inspired by Charlotte’s California heritage, Fox Bros. will be serving a Smoked Tri Tip Sandwich (a California classic). Her favorite dessert, the carrot cake, will also be featured. These specials will run all day Saturday or until they run out.
