Midtown Hotel Purchased

A Midtown hotel that overlooks one of the neighborhood’s most famous developments has changed hands, according to a report.

What was formerly known as TWELVE Atlantic Station Hotel was purchased along with TWELVE Centennial Park Hotel for $46 million, Atlanta Business Chronicle says.

New joint owners Global Management & Investment and Compass Real Estate say they will sink $5 million into renovating the two spaces and converting them to Marriott Autograph Collection hotels, the Chronicle says.
