No Dangerous Materials Found After Midtown Bomb Threat
The Breman Museum was evacuated Wednesday after someone called in a bomb threat.
MIDTOWN, GA — No hazardous or dangerous materials were found around 3 p.m. Wednesday after someone called in a bomb threat in the 1400 block of Spring Street, Atlanta Police said.
The address provided belongs to Breman Museum. Breman was evacuated, and multiple surrounding streets were temporarily shut down.
Atlanta Police Homeland Security investigators responded along with MARTA Police K-9s. Police also swept a building in the 1500 block of Peachtree Street out of precaution.
