Portion of Crescent Ave closed for next 10 days

With construction continuing at the 77 12th apartment tower in Midtown, Crescent Avenue between 11th and 12th streets will be closed from Tuesday, July 17 until Saturday, July 27.

Midtown Blue recommends using alternate routes when traveling around the area. There will be off-duty officers and informational signs in the area to facilitate entrance and exits of affected businesses.

Daniel Corporation and Selig Enterprises are in the process of delivering a 22-story building that will feature 330 units and will have 20,000 square feet of ground-level retail space curving along 12th and Crescent.

The $82 million project is set to be complete by early 2013.
