UPDATE: Highway 78 Eastbound in Monroe Now Open Following Accident

UPDATE: Road now open. Traffic on Highway 78 had come to a grinding halt due to lane closure eastbound just before Troy Smith Road in Monroe.

UPDATE: Road now open.

The Walton County Sheriff's Department and Walton EMS are working a vehicle accident on Highway 78 eastbound just before Troy Smith Road. At least one eastbound lane is closed.
