Kettle Korn Cooked The Old-Fashioned Way In Monroe
The farmers market takes place from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, every Saturday through the summer, in downtown Monroe.
If you didn't make it to the farmers market in Monroe on Saturday, you missed some of the sights, sounds and smells of yesteryear.
As well as antique tractors on display, there was fresh-squeezed lemonade to drink and tasty kettle Korn to snack on. There is nothing quite like the smell of fresh popcorn - cooked the old-fashioned way.
