Meet A Future Leader In Monroe: Jack Boyer
Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to highlight young people achieving great things in our community.

The future of Monroe is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Jack Boyer, who are making a positive impact in and around Monroe.
Jack has established himself as a promising leader in Monroe, celebrated for his contributions to local theater and his pursuit of excellence in the arts. Currently a sophomore at Tulane University, Jack is studying architecture and theater design with aspirations of becoming a professional set designer. Despite his studies, he remains active in Monroe’s On Stage Playhouse, performing in productions such as Disaster! The Musical (as Ted) and The Odd Couple (as Vinnie). Each summer, Jack’s return to the On Stage family highlights his strong ties to the theater that shaped his early career.
A graduate of George Walton Academy, Jack honed his craft in the 2022 Raise Your Voice musical intensive, mastering 13 songs and dances in just nine days. In a press release for the program, he described it as a "fun challenge for experienced actors," showcasing his passion for growth and willingness to tackle artistic challenges.

Beyond acting, Jack has developed skills in piano, vocal performance as a school soloist and theater design, showcasing his impressive versatility. In recognition of his achievements, he was awarded the 2023 Doug Geiger Memorial College Scholarship. Whether performing on stage or contributing behind the scenes, Jack continues to support and inspire the arts community through his creativity and dedication.
