Joyce Lord Moore, age 78 of Monroe, passed away October 7, 2013.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the Monroe Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Chris Conner and Mr. Mike Breedlove will officiate, and interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery in Monroe.
Mrs. Moore was a member of Walker Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phil Moore, her parents, Ed and Sarah Lord, Sr., and her granddaughter, April Ann Glanton.
She is survived by her children, Kenny and Connie Moore, Roger and Sandy Moore, Brenda and Tommy Glanton, all of Monroe; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ed and Ramona Lord of Statham, John and Donna Lord of Monroe; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 PM Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 209 South Hammond Drive, Monroe, GA 30655. (770) 267-2594.
