Obituary and Funeral Arrangments: Joan Givens Holmes, 54, of Monroe

Joan Givens Holmes, age 54 of Monroe, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013.  A Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM, Sunday, August 11, 2013 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home.  Rev. Frank Holmes, Dr. Allen Lawhead, Woody Holmes, Maggie Eldridge & Frederick Byrd will officiate.  Burial will follow at Ewing Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Dacula.  

A member of Living Word Baptist Church in Bogart, Mrs. Holmes was  an Account Manager with Walk Thru The Bible Ministry.  She is survived by her Husband: Rev. Frank B. Holmes, Monroe; Son & Daughter-in-law: Brent & Akino Holmes, Japan; Step-Children: Mike & Cindy Holmes, Williamsons; Kathy Holmes Farrow & Jeff Farrow, Sharpsburg; Niece/Daughter: Dana & Glenn Dodge, Stone Mountain; Nephew: Steven Morris; Grandchildren: Kristopher, Caleb and Caden Holmes; Nephew/Grandson: Danner Dodge;  Niece/Granddaughter: Taylor Dodge; Niece: Donna & David Cribbs and Children: Logan, Zachary, Bradley, & Hannah Wooten & Cody Cribbs; Nephew: Tom Morris and his Daughter, Michalea Morris.
