Man Robbed at Gunpoint at North Druid Hills ATM
The 62-year-old victim was able to get his wallet back after the robber dropped it while fleeing the scene.

An Atlanta man was robbed at gunpoint while using a North Druid Hills ATM on Sunday night, DeKalb County police said.
The 62-year-old victim was using the Bank of America ATM at 2223 North Druid Hills Rd. at about 8:30pm, the police report said. He withdrew $100 in $20 bills, and as he placed the money in his wallet, he felt something poke him in the low, right side of his back.
"Gimme five hundred dollars," a voice behind him said.

Startled, the victim did not move. The suspect snatched the money and the wallet and ran behind the bank into the woods. The victim chased after the suspect and noticed the suspect dropped the wallet. He grabbed his wallet and ran across the street to McDonald's to call police.The victim lost his cash.
The suspect was described as a white male about 5 feet 10 inches in his late 40s. He wore a gray hoodie, was unshaven and had salt-and-pepper hair.
