What Should Go Here?

This week we take you to Shamrock Plaza. And the site of an old Blockbuster store that closed a few years ago. What should replace it?

When North Druid Hills-Briarcliff Patch had no job nearly four years ago, we wanted to work at a movie rental store. We watch a lot of movies anyway. We didn't need much money back then, the economy was a horror show and we were working on other things. We desired only part-time work.

Even though we lived in Decatur proper, our quest to work in the movie rental industry took us to Shamrock Plaza – until about two years ago, the site of a decent Blockbuster where we were almost named some sort of shift manager. We don't really remember what happened there. Regardless, we wouldn't have been employed long anyway. The store was closed down as Blockbuster found its profits squeezed across the country by Netflix, Redbox, the Internet and cable television.
