10 Businesses Named That May Disappear in 2014

Do you drive a Volvo, shop at J.C. Penney or read Road & Track Magazine? Those brands may be gone by the end of next year.

Like Suzuki and MetroPCS in 2013, 24/7 Wall St. has identified 10 brands sold in America it predicts will disappear by the end of 2014. 

According to a Daily Finance post, the financial news and opinion operation says the following brands are headed out: 

  • J.C. Penney — Retail company  
  • Nook — Barnes & Noble's e-reader 
  • Martha Stewart Living Magazine 
  • LivingSocial — A daily deals website
  • Volvo — Automotive manufacturer
  • Olympus — Digital camera manufacturer 
  • Women's National Basketball Association 
  • Leap Wireless — Telecommunications company 
  • Mitsubishi Motors — Automotive manufacturer
  • Road & Track — The oldest automotive magazine in the country
