As Halloween approaches, be very afraid—and also a little hungry.

As a special Halloween treat, on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., participating IHOP restaurants will offer kids 12 and younger a “Scary Face” pancake free—and that’s no trick! (Dine-in only)
