Hit-And-Run Peachtree Corners Driver Arrested

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA -- The hit-and-run driver, who seriously injured a Smyrna woman, May 27, has been identified and arrested, according to the Gwinnett County Police.

Christian Anthony Kell Myler, 22, of Peachtree Corners, was charged with felony hit-and-run and was booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center. Police say he has since bonded out.

Myler was driving a red 2017 Hyundai Sonata on the night of the collision, police said.

The pedestrian accident happened on Holcomb Bridge Road near Crooked Creek Road in Peachtree Corners. Once the officers arrived, they found a woman suffering from visible injuries. The woman, Maliqua Johnson, 28, of Smyrna, was transported to a local hospital.
