He is described as a black male, who was wearing cut-off sweat pants, a white and beige hat, dark hoodie and Gucci backpack.
It was the second armed robbery reported at the store in less than two weeks.
On Sept. 26, a suspect allegedly walked up to a self-checkout cashier emptying a register, racked the slide of a handgun and stole more than $5,000.
Pihera said police don’t think the two robberies are related.
“The lead investigator doesn’t believe [the second robbery] is related, but it won’t be ruled out until both [suspects] are identified,” she said in an email to Patch.
