Murder Charges Filed in Norcross Apartment Shooting

Gwinnett Police have arrested and charged a Tucker man in the Oct. 18 homicide.

Gwinnett Police have charged a Tucker man with murder in a recent shooting death at a Norcross-area apartment complex on Oct. 18.

Marvin Motino, 34, has been charged with murder, aggravated assault and other offenses in connection with the death of Marlon Hernandez, 30, also of Tucker, at the Sienna Heights Apartments on Graves Road.

Hernandez was shot multiple times in the incident. He died later at the hospital.

Motino also has been charged with criminal trespass, carrying a concealed weapon, public drunkenness, interference with government property and obstructing an officer.
