Norcross Teen Dies After Being Shot In Peachtree Corners

No arrests have been made after the 17-year-old boy was shot and killed Wednesday in Peachtree Corners.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — A Norcross teen died at the hospital Wednesday after being shot near Technology Parkway, according to Gwinnett County Police.

Officers responded around 12:15 p.m., when they found DeAndre Henderson, 17, with a gunshot wound, police said.

Henderson was a Norcross High School student. Police said he left school during regular school hours, and the shooting happened outside of school property.

Norcross students and staff members are not being threatened, police said.

No arrests have been made in the case, police said, noting it was an isolated incident.
