Peachtree Corners Rotary Club Welcomes New President
Mark Thornell is executive director of the Robert D. Fowler YMCA.

The Rotary Club of Peachtree Corners recently welcomed its president for 2015-16, Mark Thornell of Norcross, Ga., at a recent ceremony at Berkeley Hills Country Club in Norcross.
Thornell, the executive director of the Robert D. Fowler YMCA, succeeds Sam Evans of Alpharetta, Ga., who served as president in 2014-2015. After celebrating a number of successes from the previous year the membership was encouraged by Thornell to grow the club and stay involved in the community.
The Rotary Club of Peachtree Corners meets every Monday at noon at the Carlyle House in Downtown Norcross, Georgia and adheres to the Rotary International theme of “Service Above Self.”
