Town Center and fireworks sales are included on the agenda for Tuesday night’s regular monthly meeting of the Peachtree Corners City Council.

Both items are listed under New Business on the meeting agenda:

>>A Resolution of the City of Peachtree Corners, Georgia to Approve the Site Development Agreement for the Development of the Town CenterProperty and to Authorize the Mayor to Execute the Agreement and any associated documents. (THIS ITEM WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER EXECUTIVE SESSION)

>>First Read and consideration of an Ordinance to Amend Zoning Code Article XIII, Sec. 1308 to add Fireworks sales as a permitted use in C-2, Commercial Zoning Districts (2nd Read and Public Hearing Sept. 15, 2015).
