The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) has scheduled a meeting for 11:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30 at 11:30 a.m. at City Hall.
On the agenda:
Consider approving a restrictive covenant agreement between the DDA and PPH, LLC (the developers of the land next to Piedmont Bank) regarding grocery store/supermarket use on the DDA property.
Select a first and second choice to purchase the DDA property (there were a total of three developers who replied to the city's RFD).
