Peachtree Corners Organization Celebrates its 20th Year With a Gala

The United Peachtree Corners Civic Association will honor its "heroes of the past" in a special awards ceremony. Tickets are still available for the event.

It was 20 years ago this month when a group of concerned citizens came together to form a coalition dedicated to preserving and improving the quality of life in the community of Peachtree Corners.

The result was The United Peachtree Corners Civic Association (UPCCA).  The efforts of UPCCA eventually led to the formation of the City of Peachtree Corners.

To celebrate UPCCA's milestone, a community celebration will be held on Saturday, October 26 from 6:30 to 11:00PM at the Marriott Peachtree Corners.

Attendees will be treated to hors d'oeuvres, a seated dinner, cash bar, music, dancing, and a birthday cake. Organizers describe the Gala as an “opportunity to honor the heroes of our past and celebrate our vision for the future.”
