Planning Commission to Hear Three Requests Tuesday
The Peachtree Corners commission's agenda includes a special use permit to allow a funeral home to add a crematory and two additional requests.

The City of Peachtree Corners Planning Commission will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at City Hall for its regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
On the agenda is three new business items:
1. A request for a special use permit by Crowell Brothers Funeral Home to allow for a crematory at it's location on 5051 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

2. Chase Bank has plans to build a branch on the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Corners Circle (across from Dreamland) is requesting that the requirement for 24 foot-wide drive-thru lanes be removed.
3. The developer of the 6.37 acres surrounding the proposed bank property is requesting approval of its building elevations for a planned retail development.
