In-use, wet wiping cloths not stored in an approved sanitizing solution (100 ppm available chlorine or 300 ppm available Quat).Hand washing sign stating employees must wash hands not posted in restroom. Container of Single service articles (napkins)being stored on floor in service area. Physical facilities not clean. Walls and floors not clean and in good repair. Floors under manual dish wash station and in storage area not clean. Walls in dry storage area and kitchen not clean. Hole located on wall in kitchen area next to dish wash area. At time of inspection, employee items not properly stored.
