Gwinnett County leaders recently announced that the speed limit on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard was being lowered to 45 mph.
Speed limits on the busy thoroughfare had varied from 45 to 55 mph. The county decided to reduce the speed limit to 45 mph due to the increase in population and industrial, commercial, and residential development in the ara.
The current speed limit on much of S.R. 141 (Peachtree Parkway) which runs through the heart of Peachtree Corners is 55 mph. Should the speed limit on this busy road be reducer too?
