  1. A bat on Savannah's westside tested positive for rabies by the Chatham County Health Department. The bat was recovered outside of a barracks building on Hunter Army Airfield. Anyone bit by an animal is instructed to seek medical attention immediately. Rabies is a life-threatening infection that must be treated immediately. (WTOC)
  2. The City of Savannah has approved the purchase of 6 new electric vehicle charging stations. The approval was given during a Savannah City Council meeting that occurred on Thursday afternoon. The new charging stations will allow residents to charge vehicles quickly while exploring the city. (fox28media.com)
  3. Savannah's White Bluff Road was shut down on Friday afternoon after a serious crash. The incident occurred between Hampstead Avenue and Stephenson Avenue. Travelers were urged to use Avercorn Street to avoid delays. Authorities have not released additional information yet. (WJCL News Savannah)
