  1. David Cole, a 60-year-old man, has been reported missing by the Savannah Police Department after he was last seen on Feb. 27 at 8:30 p.m. near the 4000 block of Waters Avenue. He has a height of 5 foot 11 and weighs around 170 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a green shirt, jeans, and brown shoes. The police department is currently conducting a search for him. (WSAV-TV)
  2. Tracy Stephens, founder of the BLK Hiking Club, has revealed that the popular hiking club that has taken North Georgia by storm may soon start a local chapter in Savannah. WSAV NOW recently interviewed Stephens about the club and how interested individuals can join. The BLK Hiking Club aims to promote diversity and inclusivity in outdoor activities and has gained a significant following since its start in 2021. (WSAV-TV)
  3. Vendors on Victory is a new coastal lifestyle marketplace in Savannah, featuring over 50 vendors selling artwork, antiques, home decor, clothing, and more at the intersection of Skidaway and Victory. The business is founded by Claudia and David Burchstead, who aim to support local entrepreneurs, community nonprofits, and create a legacy for their children as a part of the Victory Drive business corridor revitalization effort.   • The Savannah Police Department is urging the community to look out for a missing teen. Carolina Shuman, a 16-year-old, was last seen on Feb. 28 on the 100 block of Bracken Lane, wearing ripped black jeans and a black Pink Floyd hoodie. She is 5 foot 2, 100 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. If seen, please call 911. (Savannah Police Department via Facebook)
  • Savannah is prepping for its annual St. Paddy's festivities! Each year, Savannah's Waterfront boasts of green fountains as the community gathers to celebrate the Irish. (Savannah's Waterfront via Facebook)
  • Savannah eighth graders recently participated in Decades Day, an enjoyable way to showcase their knowledge of 20th-century American history by researching and transforming their classrooms into interactive museums. The first group of students debuted their scenes while playing important historical figures, and the second group is set to present their work next week. (Savannah Country Day via Instagram)
